ORDER ENTRY MODULE - BUILDER/DEALER

  • The Customer Information interface allows the sales person to store all information about any prospective or actual customer. This information may then be reviewed and revised as necessary. Complex event tracking may be established to help with follow-up and future contacts.
  • Portable and powerful, this system allows the sales person to capture new leads, re-new old leads, and automatically graduate a prospect to a customer.
  • Extensive Lead Follow-up provides customized letter generation, powerful event notification interface for scheduling meetings, phone calls, etc.
  • Capture customized market survey information as specified by the builder and/or manufacturer.
  • Track sales referral information.
  • Prospective customers may browse through a virtual library of drawings and photos of each model offered by the builder/manufacturer.
  • Customer may select a home and initiate the proposal/contract phase. Clients/builders that provide value added services may add drawings/photos of options and option packages to the virtual library as needed.
  • Red-line drawings for the selected model and attach to the order.

ORDER ENTRY MODULE - CORPORATE

  • Create orders categorized by Builder/Dealer and Sales Representatives.
  • Transfer orders to mobile databases for on-the-road sales entry.
  • Track order statistics for each Sales Representative.
  • All features are the same as the Builder/Dealer Order Entry Module.
  • All references to Homebuyer demographics are minimized.
