POWER PACKED CUSTOMER SERVICE MODULE
- Track material requisitions, quality discrepancies, and post delivery service issues.
- Track all phone calls from builders.
- Review builder punch list and log valid items for service.
- Track all outstanding issues be it service, quality, shortages, or ship loose.
- Produce material requisition sheets as needed.
- Print work orders for service reps.
- Print quality/discrepancy report.
