Dealer to Factory: Designed for use in the Dealer/Retailer's office as well as the corporate sales center. Provides factory price markup combined with Dealer/Retailer price book items. Dealer quotes/contracts are seamlessly tied to the Factory quotes/contracts.
Integrated Product Configuration
Integrates full function product configuration into the sales quote/contract generation process. Generate one product model and let the dealer/retailer extrapolate as many variations as desired
Price Levels
Build price book price levels based on any matrices you deem necessary. Use Price levels in the Product Configurator to give lots of flexibility to the sales person
Integrated Option Graphics
Allow the dealer to view pictures or drawings of any price book option and share with end customer before adding to a quote/contract.
Item Exclusivity
Business rules may be defined to prevent co-existence of items/options on a quote/contract that are in logical conflict.

Change Order/Revision Tracking
Keeps track of all changes to each order. A change order documents how the dealer/customer changes the contract and enables a vehicle where a Signed document is needed before changes are made.
Request for Quote
Fully integrated RFQ feature allows the dealer/sales person to request pricing on any option. RFQ routes to Corporate Pricing department where tight pricing control is maintained.
Option Packages / Kits
Incorporate groups of items/options to create packages that can be pulled into a quote/contract.
RFQ history/lookup
Allows Corporate pricing department to keep track of all old RFQ’s for all options ever quoted. Very useful to extract a price for an option that was quoted many months in the past.
