Customer Warranty

CargoTRAC/HOMEBase integrates a Customer Service/Warranty component that enables control of issues that arise after the sale of the product. Workorder Claims are generated and reported problems may be assigned to each claim. Customer date of sale and warranty expiration dates are monitored to determine warranty.
